This policy explains what the store collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account details include your email, username, name, billing address, and password hash. We store product orders, download access, reviews, comments, policy acceptance, and support messages you send. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, not as readable passwords.

Security, orders, and downloads

We record IP addresses and a browser identifier to protect accounts, enforce bans, and investigate abuse. For orders, we retain the checkout IP, payment status, product purchased, amount, currency, and PayPal transaction reference. When an account downloads a purchased product, we record the download time, IP address, and browser user-agent so the store owner and admins can review order and download activity. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in and protect account actions.

Currency and external services

To suggest a currency, the store sends your IP address to ipwho.is to estimate your country. Currency exchange reference rates are retrieved from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev). The store caches these rates and uses the same selected currency and calculated amount for checkout. PayPal receives the payment and billing information needed to process your purchase; the store records the order and PayPal transaction reference, but does not store your card or PayPal login details. If password-reset email is configured, your email address is sent through the store's SMTP provider.

Files and storage

Store account, order, review, comment, and configuration data are held in the store's SQLite database on its hosting server. Uploaded product files and images are stored on that server. We use this information to operate the store, provide downloads, handle payments and support, and maintain security and business records.

Retention and requests

We keep order and security records as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. To ask about your information or request account help, contact the email address or Discord support link shown in the store footer.

Policy changes

We may revise this policy as the store changes. The policy version and time of acceptance are recorded when you register.
